About Us

Welcome to Forest Farm Countryside Management Ltd. Based in Wiltshire and covering Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire we specialise in all aspects of countryside management – from lake de-silts, restorations and fencing, to tree planting, forestry management, site clearance and groundworks.

With many years experience we can advise and assist you in whatever your project may be, from small to large we have it covered. With a portfolio that covers everything from  large country estates, local authority works, commercial ownership, large scale building companies to the small and intricate small detailed jobs.

As a small estate with 60 acres of mixed woodland on varied terrain the scale of the work required to deal with current Ash Dieback was too daunting a task for us on our own. We were introduced to Forest Farm Countryside Management and Gareth developed a two year plan to remove diseased and dangerous trees whilst maintaining both the mature and young trees and also the amenity benefits of our woods.

We are one year in and Gareth has done us an efficient and tidy job with his impressive machinery.
One of the main benefits is the one stop shop that he provides not only for the felling but also for the extraction and sale of all qualities of the timber produced, be it tops and brush to be chipped on site or cordwood sold by the lorry load for wood chip or logs.
